- Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- 2+ year experience after degree
- Candidate with creativity, technical knowledge, business skills
Brief development ability (for senior Architect)(Added advantage for junior architect )
- Meeting and discussions with client
- Determine the clients goals and requirements of the project.
- Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
- Set costs and project fees according to budget.
Excellent in design
- Good in identifying and addressing architectural challenges
- Conceptualize, sketch design plans, development of design from preliminary sketch
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Presentation drawings, working Drawings and Detailing
- Prepare architectural/interiors design reports, BOQ and documents
- Good understanding of building services and site coordination with client and various consultants
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing, this includes millwork, tile, elevations, plans, sections, and RCPs.
- Maintain / organize project files, schedules, and specifications.
- Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
Software for design and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(essential) / Adobe Photoshop(essential)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD(essential)/Revit
- Proficiency in 3D software such as SketchUp(essential)/3d Max
- Good with V-Ray(essential), Enscape, Lumnion
- Knowledge of Indian NBC and local by-laws (Essential)
- Dynamic with good communication skill, team spirit and leadership skills
- Tolerant of ambiguity, willing to backtrack and seek multiple solutions
- Good in multitasking, able to work under extreme pressure
