- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
- Must be a sound knowledge of hydrant system and FAS system
- Knowledge of Fire equipment, pump room and pump operations.
- To attend the complaint of installed system as per schedule given & provide corrective & preventive action accordingly
- Assists in the coordination of maintenance contractors, vendors, and in-house personnel on special or assigned projects
