Junior Advocate/Corporate legal advisor

• Provide Legal Counsel: Advise on real estate transactions, development projects, and regulatory compliance.
• Review and Draft Documents: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Represent in Negotiations: Lead negotiations with stakeholders for property deals and dispute resolutions.
• Stay Informed on Laws: Keep up-to-date with real estate laws and industry trends.
