Analyst (Junior AdTech Product Owner)
Responsible for delivering against the platform vision, strategy, roadmap for AdTech ecosystem as defined by the AdTech Product Manager. Perform product/project management duties and product operations in line with the company's overall goals and objectives to increase mental availability of our Kenvue brands. This position reports into Product Manager, AdTech and is based in Bengalaru, India.

What You Will Do
As part of the MarTech organization, the Junior AdTech Product Owner will execute initiatives to ensure we have fit for purpose AdTech platforms to enable the Science of Brand Growth for Kenvue. The key focus is on delivering innovative, strategic, reusable, scalable and fit for purpose technology products to achieve the desired business outcomes. This role will partner with internal and external AdTech partners to operationalize and scale the platform and products with a laser focus on end to end AdTech ecosystem. This role will also bring an outside-in focus to ensure technical operational excellence for existing products and implement new products with the intent to scale across brands, markets, and regions.
The role is required to demonstrate high learning agility of AdTech tools, technologies, processes to enable operational excellence across AdTech landscape both internally and with external partners. This role will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver impact for Kenvue globally. This role will also partner closely with global and regional platform, product, engineering, data, cross-functional business partners, and internal and external delivery partners. This role will demonstrate inclusive leadership, a growth mindset and owner mindset, and execution with excellence.
Responsibilities:
Stay informed on AdTech trends and utilize AI and IA, platform partnerships to deliver capabilities with competitive advantage for Kenvue.
Execute against defined AdTech capabilities and activation roadmaps
Integrate media data, assure quality, and maintain taxonomy governance.
Manage 1P data flow and support data strategy for activation.
Perform technical administration for retail media tech platforms.
Streamline and automate ad account access and governance for agency-owned platforms.
Support Media & Content Excellence teams.
Develop the activation plan using data, research, and cross-functional goals.
Collaborate with regional partners for training and change management to enhance AdTech adoption.
Analyze data to identify business opportunities and define success measures.
Manage Jira board, user stories, and lead agile product team ceremonies.
Support team in core ceremonies and remove blockers.
Implement the roadmap through internal and external teams.
Influence external vendors with Kenvue's vision and roadmap to support customer and consumer activation.
Maintain SLAs with vendors and ensure core KPIs are met.
Adhere to Kenvue's principles and ensure information asset protection.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2-4 years experience in Product Management in an agile development environment with exposure to relevant Marketing and AdTech product areas
1-2 years experience in MarTech / AdTech in the CPG industry
You're comfortable delving deep into details and data to maximize the value of the end to end AdTech ecosystem.
You love collaboration, actively seeking out different perspectives and folding new ideas into a cohesive vision that meets the ultimate goals of the business
You love working with your product, development, operations and data team and naturally index to spend your time there building products, features and experiences that make an impact
Superior project management and prioritization capabilities; you understand the most impactful levers that drive the user experience and relevant KPIs; You have a proven ability to articulate, measure and improve KPIs at scale.
Attention to the details and ensuring effective QA on all consumer/ user facing work output
A self-starter with the ability to learn fast, work autonomously, while effectively communicate progress to key stakeholders, and be able to quickly recognize when to ask for help is required.

Desired Qualifications
Hands on or working knowledge with one or more AdTech platform / products are preferred
Experience in relevant technologies such as TreasureData, Google Analytics, AdTech & Media Platforms (DSP, Amazon, Google, Meta, TikTok, Pacvue, etc) is preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
