Urgent Requirement of a Counsellor at our Institute

• Education qualification - Graduate/ Diploma in any field/ MBA Fresher

• Salary Range: 15k to 30k per month + Variables

• Job Location: Chandigarh

• Note: - Female Candidate Preferred

• Duties and Responsibilities:-

To counsel clients.

• To explain about different courses.

To explain the fee structure.

• To convince and retain the customer effectively.

To provide career counseling to students in different fields.

• To maintain proper records for all the meetings with the students.

To follow up with the clients for enrolments.

• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidates profile.

• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

• Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Minimum 1 years experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales, Recruitment, or Counselling is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Familiarity with computers and the internet, Sales oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.

Should be a graduate in any stream.

• Thorough knowledge of Visa Filling and admission process.
