Job Description

The Junior Admin Executive will play a key role in supporting the administration team with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring smooth office functions and efficient administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Maintain the office environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and resource availability.
  • Documentation: Prepare, organize, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordination Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing the calendars of senior team members.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and other essentials as needed.
  • Visitor Handling: Welcome visitors, direct them to the appropriate person, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Internal Communication: Assist with internal communications, including sending memos, announcements, and notices to relevant teams.
  • Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors for office-related requirements, negotiate contracts, and handle vendor relations.
  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain records of office expenses, employee records, and other essential documents.
  • Event Support: Provide support in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with office management software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with all departments.
  • Professionalism: Friendly and professional demeanor, with a focus on customer service.
