WHO YOU ARE:
- Have proven full-time working experience of 1-2 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficient in accounting software and knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
- Possess an understanding of financial regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements.
-Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferred: Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising industry metrics and terminology.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Oversee and execute financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, payments, salaries and collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software and tools.
- Monitor and reconcile expenses, ensuring proper allocation and tracking of costs across projects and departments.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual reports.
- Support the development and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends and variances, and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central tax regulations. Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and assistance to auditors.
- Oversee payroll processing, including accurate calculations, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain organized and accessible financial documentation, contracts, and records.
