Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team at Factor Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in financial record-keeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing support to senior accountants in various tasks. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable experience in the field of accounting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Females candidates preferred.
- working time 9.30am - 5.30pm
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day financial record-keeping tasks, including data entry, maintaining journals, and reconciling bank statements.
- Support senior accountants with financial reporting, budgeting, and audit preparation.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory reconciliations and audits.
- Provide support in tax compliance, including preparing and filing tax returns.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal controls and financial procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
