Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Junior Accountant at Bhagirath Industries located in Surat. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial analysis. The Junior Accountant will also collaborate with the finance team and support various accounting activities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
