Job Title: Junior Accounting Analyst
Job Overview:
The JuniorAccounting Analyst will be responsible for daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting activities for all location.
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely closure of books.
- Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices.
- Prepare monthly closing entries
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
- Good knowledge of TDS, GST and other statutory compliances
- Assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Full Time B.COM or M. COM mandatory
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis, preferably within the SAAS industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, NetSuite).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred location (Mumbai)
