Jr.Testing Engineer

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Jr.Testing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The Jr.Testing Engineer will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Execute test cases and report defects
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
• Identify and report defects in a timely manner
• Ensure that software meets quality standards and customer requirements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products
• Participate in product design and requirement discussions

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in software testing
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development lifecycle
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
