- Assume overall accountability for the production process and efficiency of process of assigned work station.
- Responsible for Hr by Hr production on work station.
- Responsible for 5'S execution aligned with SFS.
- Responsible for Tier 1 meeting .
- Responsible for follow up of W I, AMCS and control chart on line.
- Responsible to follow and improve Line load balance chart to eliminate waste.
- Insures strict compliance with plant EH&S goals report Near miss.
