Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and trouble shoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the use of our products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry developments to provide the best possible support to our customers.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree In Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of networking and system administration.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation is a plus.
