Salary: 22,000 to 28,000/ per month. ( Based on Skills and interview)
Joining immediate or 10 days notice period.
Office Hours: Office Hours (US Shift) 6:00 PM 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
- Leave policies: Saturday and Sunday fixed off and 5 US federal holidays.

Required Educational and Technical Background:- Active Directory administration, Firewall Configuration.
Computer Hardware repaire, such as Laptop part repairing Keyboard replace, Display chanage, battery change. Desktop issues such as display not coming, hang, slowness etc.
- Support includes, but is not limited to, operating systems installation and configurations, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
Active Directory administration, Firewall Configuration basics.- Conceptual Knowledge of IT Basic Software like Antivirus, Helpdesk, MS Office, and Inventory Software.
Outlook configuration and troubleshooting. Office 365 Basic will advantage.
- Networking concepts at the basics level WiFi router configurations, IP address, Crimping. Network issues troubleshooting.
Any Bachelor Degree in Computers or Any Bachelor Degree with Training in Computers and Networking Concepts.- Should be able to follow the internal processes and procedures and provide recommendations where applicable.
Folder Sharing.
- Good Understanding and Communication skills.
