The Junior SEO Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of SEO strategies to increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance the online visibility of a company
The Junior SEO Specialist will collaborate with other members of the marketing team and work closely with the Senior SEO Specialist to execute on-page and off-page optimization techniques, perform keyword research, analyze website data, and generate SEO reports
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies that align with the company s marketing goals
Perform keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases that will drive traffic to the website
Optimize website content, including headlines, meta descriptions, and image tags, to improve search engine rankings
Conduct regular site audits to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for search engines
Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Provide recommendations to improve website performance and search engine rankings
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
Knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques
Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
