Jr. Sales Executive
  • Job Summary:
We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancies for Jr. Sales Exeutive to join our team. Please note these Experienced-Level positions, suitable for recent Graduates or candidates having completed their Diploma or Bachelor's Degree into Electronics/Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant/related educational background, someone with minimum of 06 months to 2 years of Electronics Sales Executive experience.
  • Experience:
6 months to 2 Years experience in Sales/Electronics Sales profile, for Electronic Products & Components.
  • CTC & Salary Range:

Annual fixed CTC varies between 2,80,000 to 3,60,000; also there will be variable sales incentives depending on sales target achievement
  • Educational Qualification: Recent Graduates or candidates having completed their Diploma or Bachelor's Degree into Electronics/Electronics & Tele-Communication (E&TC), Mechatronics or any relevant/related educational background will be preferred.
  • Desirable Skills:
_Excellent Communication Skills in English_ (Both verbal and written), Hindi and Marathi.
  • Good Convincing skills.
Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details of Electronic Products and is approachable to the customers/clients.
  • We are looking for someone who has knowledge and
sales experience about electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on. Basically, someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales Engineer profile for Electronics/Electrical products will be suitable for this job role.

  • Job Responsibilities:

The Jr. Sales Executive will help to promote products of the company to the customers/clients and negotiate with the aim of maximizing profits for the company. Sell electrical, electronics, electronic parts or related products & services to customers/clients based on their needs or requirements (Electronic components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on).

The Major Job Responsibilities that the Jr. Sales Executive will handle are:
  • Achieving the Sales Targets.
Maintaining average margins.
New Customer additions and Customer retention.Analyze needs of customers/clients and consult them accordingly.
  • Recommend products, equipment's or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customer/Clientele profiles. Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.
  • Job Benefits:
Five Days Working.
  • Two Weekly Off's (Sat-Sun Fixed Off's).
