Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior sales team members with the execution of sales strategies and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present company offerings.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi, malayalam, Kanada, Telugu.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Representative, or similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
