The Junior Recruiter plays a crucial role in our recruitment team, supporting the organization's hiring needs from a remote work environment. As a key point of contact for potential candidates, this position is integral to our talent acquisition strategy. The Junior Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews, ensuring that our company attracts and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers and make necessary adjustments to the recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
  • Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employee retention strategies.
  • Research industry trends to stay competitive in recruitment efforts.
  • Support various administrative functions within the HR department.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
  • Understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Experience using social media for recruitment is a plus.
  • Passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
