Job Overview

We are seeking a Jr Recruiter to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitments in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. As a Jr Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment. Join us and play a vital role in connecting talented professionals with job opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques and using job portals and social media for candidate search.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Perform reference checks and verify employment history.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers for candidate selection.
  • Handle offer management, including negotiating compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
