We are seeking a Jr Recruiter to join our team at Sri Sai Overseas Recruitments in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. As a Jr Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and screening candidates. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Solid understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques and using job portals and social media for candidate search.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Perform reference checks and verify employment history.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers for candidate selection.
- Handle offer management, including negotiating compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
