Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a JR Recruiter Executive. As a JR Recruiter Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and placement of candidates for our clients. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone with less than 1 year of experience in recruitment. The job is based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Proficient in using MS Office and recruitment software
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for candidate sourcing
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job positions
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Handle all administrative tasks related to the recruitment process
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Utilize recruitment software to manage candidate data and track the hiring process
  • Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and onboarding documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job vacancy records
  • Assist with other HR tasks as assigned
