• About the job:

We're looking for a project manager/tester who can coordinate business requirements with the development team and follow up on progress and ensure all modules and sprints are completed in a timely manner and test all the new features and changes to ensure that the user has a seamless experience.

• Responsibilities:

Coordinating internal resources and third parties or vendors for hassle-free execution of projects.

• Making resources available and allocating them efficiently.

Adhering to stipulated deadlines, while maintaining budget and scope.

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Delegating tasks, motivating colleagues and managing stakeholder priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.

• Mapping out a detailed project plan to track progress on a regular basis, and plan how to proceed.

Measuring project performance via appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

• Verifying if the project is compatible with the schedule and budget.

Generating reports and submitting to management as and when required.

• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation for future reference.

Maintaining smooth relationship with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Minimizing risks and errors by implementing risk management procedures.

Meeting with development managers to discuss software specifications and controls.

• Using the software as intended to analyze its functional properties.

Designing manual and automated test procedures to evaluate each software product.

• Building, coding, and implementing software evaluation test programs.

Running test programs to ensure that testing protocols evaluate the software correctly.

• Finalizing and documenting testing procedures.

Completing final tests and creating test reports.

• Presenting test reports to management and suggesting software fixes.

• Requirements:

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

• Professional certification and extensive experience related to this field.

Knowing about cost-benefit analysis, risk management, statistics, general business skills and IT.

• Good leadership, time management and people skills.

Being proficient in client relationship and internal communication, along with written and verbal communication skills.

• Attention to detail and multi-tasking, while being an expert in tackling different problems and coming up with suitable solutions.

Familiarity with current project management systems.

• Proven work experience in software development

Proven work experience in software quality assurance

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

Hands-on experience with automated testing tools

• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
