LILO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our e-commerce team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the operational aspects of our e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for coordinating various departments, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring efficient workflow to meet the company's goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth processes from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze operational performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.- Assist in inventory management, ensuring stock levels are optimized to meet demand.
Collaborate with the tech team to troubleshoot any operational or technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Develop and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, including logistics and warehousing partners.- Support the operations manager in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Prepare reports and presentations for management review on operational performance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
