- Create and design new fashion concepts and collections.

- Develop sketches, patterns, and prototypes for new garments and accessories.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure designs are manufactured accurately.
- Attend fashion shows, trade shows, and other industry events to stay updated with trends.
- Present design ideas and concepts to senior management and clients.
- Manage the design process from concept to final production.
- Maintain accurate records of design specifications and production details.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand standards and quality requirements.
