Jr. Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and advertisements.

Assist in the creation of visually compelling presentations, reports, and promotional materials.

• Work on branding, ensuring consistency in visuals across all platforms.

Take part in brainstorming sessions for creative concepts and strategies.

• Amend and format existing designs according to client feedback and specifications.

Stay up to date with design trends and industry tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fresh graduate with knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva).Up to 1 year of experience as a graphic designer is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Basic understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

Experience with digital marketing agencies is an added advantage. A proactive approach to learning new tools and staying current with design trends.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred (but not required):

• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Basic understanding of UX/UI design.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and requirements for designing social media assets.
