Job Role: Graphic Designer
Experience: 2-4 years
Location: Noida
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics for a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, proposals, social media content, and more.
- Collaborate with internal team to understand project requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of Attero's visual identity.
- Utilize at least one of the following: Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW. (Familiarity with both is a plus).
- Create engaging video content for social media platforms, presentations, or other marketing materials. (Motion graphics experience a plus).
- Develop basic animations to enhance presentations, explainer videos, or social media content. (Experience with animation software a plus).
- Assist in the development of infographics and data visualization elements for presentations and reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (experience may vary depending on location).
- Proficiency in one of the following: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or CorelDRAW. A strong understanding of vector graphics creation and editing is essential.
- Working knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of animation principles and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to prioritize deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.
- A passion for creating visually appealing and impactful design solutions.
