Qualification:

BSC / MSC Microbiology

Experience - 1 to 3 years of experience in Manufacturing industry under Healthcare sector.

Job description:

Key requirements:

Should be graduated /Master graduated in Microbiology.

Should have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in Pharma /Healthcare industries.

Having expertise knowledge in sterilization techniques and microbial analysis.

Good written and spoken communication skills in English and able to work with all levels of management and multinational staff.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for all Microbiological analysis of Raw Material/Packing material / Finished Products / Purified water/Potable water Analysis and Fumigation works.

Responsible for preparation of standard operating procedures of Microbiology department

Preparation and review of standard operating procedures, specifications & standard testing procedures with respect to microbiology analysis.

Monitoring environment controls, water system, maintenance of online records like protocols, log books, calibration records & other GLP records.

Responsible for Culture handing and sub culture preparation and handling.

Responsible for microbial limit test, Growth promotion test and validation of same.

Inventory management

Adherence to safety and environment monitoring systems.

Change control management.

Validation and qualification of analysis for microbial analysis.
