Tasks & Activities
Quality control
- To ensure Product is Inspected and Tested as per defined Process Flow Chart and Quality Control Plan.
- Quality check of raw materials
- To ensure FG inspection and QC before dispatch
- Knowledge of manufacturing Drawings, Tolerances, processes and QC tools.
- Knowledge of gears, motors, drives, coupling and other mechanical components
- Good Knowledge of Fabrication regarding welding, bending & their tolerances.
Vendor coordination & Vendor development
- Purchase requisition, cost estimation, Vendor development, vendor coordination
- Coordination with Technicians for smooth and efficient production
Documentation
- To ensure proper documentation of Raw material and Finish Goods QC as per QAP
Fabrication
- Good Knowledge of reading Mechanical drawing.
- Measurement metrics
- Raw material & Finished Goods QC
- Preparing QC reports, Purchase requisitions & cost estimation
- Coordination with operations & vendor, vendor development
- Maintaining Quality standards
