- Interpretation of drawings. - Studied drawings (structural, architectural, MEP) properly and found mistakes in it and corrected them, so our work never stopped because of errors in drawings
- Preparing bar bending schedule - A bar bending schedule was calculated for each structure of building so that we could predict how much steel would need to be ordered and when.
- Preparing schedule of material used & available - By keeping record of used and available materials at site, it was possible to predict when to order materials and to calculate waste percentage while billing of materials or structures.
- Checking steel & shuttering of footing, slab, beam & column before concreting - Due to the equipment check before concreting, the ongoing work was not stopped, thus the quality of the structure was maintained and the amount of material wastage was reduced
- Checking DPR/ DLR provided from contractor - It became easy to convey the information about the work going on at the site to the management, and it was also possible to estimate how much manpower would be required to do the work
- Keeping note on each & every casting work - A record of the completed work was maintained on a daily basis making it easy to find quality reports for any structure in the future and also helped in billing of the structures
- Performing various field & laboratory tests related to construction materials with contractor engineer - Performed various field & laboratory tests (gradation of material, moisture correction, soil compaction slump cone, cube testing, and water absorption) related to construction materials with contractor engineer.
- Checking materials received on site - Due to periodic quality checking of material, there was no any type of interruption while using that material.
- Checking and maintain quality of work during the progress of work - Due to periodic quality check of work, labor, material while work is in progress, no structural damage has occurred so far such as leakage, structural failure, cracks.
- Site handling & supervise contractor employees - The IB 3 site was systematically supervised so there was no mis-work, re-work, accident and structural damage at the site.
- Ensure safety & security of all men & material at site at all time -
Due to safety precautions, there has been no accident on the seat so far
