This person will be primarily responsible for executing day to day operations of team supporting global programs adhering to Product Development process in Vehicle Architecture domain (DPA checks to be specific). The responsibilities include, understanding customer expectation and deliverables, assigned task execution, supporting metrics to track delivery and quality.

The engineer
- Will work on assigned tasks in the VA domain. The task will include checking various automobile systems in CAD for compatibility and assessing whether they meet requirements at various Program gateways.
- Will ensure the process followed in project execution are in line with the standard Ford process and practices.
- Will execute the projects, and suggest alternatives whenever required to make sure that the deliverables are met with the appropriate quality per defined project timelines.
- Will escalate day-to-day project related concerns with the team leads.
- Will support documentation and preparation of lessons learnt documentation to provide benchmark knowledge for future work on other programs.
- Will contribute to ensure ISO compliant project documentation and practice.
- Will ensure adherence to billing QOS and GES % so that billability targets are met.
- Will ensure 100% compliance to GES quality checklist process for all the projects and updating it as and when required.
- Will ensure that he/she follow the global methods and processes.
- Will discuss on the TGW s and lessons learned during the regular weekly meeting.
The engineer may be required to interact with Design & Release Engineers in other regions to clarify questions related to issues and seek resolution.
