Job Title: Oracle EBS Financial Consultant
Experience Level: Minimum of 3 years with 1 end-to-end implementation experience (EBS)
Job Summary:
The Oracle EBS Financial Consultant is responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Financial applications. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Oracle EBS Financial modules, and ensure successful implementation and integration of the system. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials with at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in EBS Module.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements related to financial processes.
Configure and customize Oracle EBS Financial modules to meet client's specific business needs.
Perform gap analysis between client requirements and Oracle EBS Financial capabilities.
Design and develop solutions to address identified gaps and ensure system functionality.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Provide end-user training and support during the implementation phase.
Assist in data migration and integration activities with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Financial modules.
Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Financials product releases and new features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Financial Consultant.
At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle EBS Financials.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Experience in conducting system testing, including developing test cases and executing tests.
Familiarity with data migration and integration concepts and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Oracle Financials certification(s) are a plus.
