- 3+ years of full-stack / backend engineering experience, with Java and related technologies (it s a plus if you have worked with SpringBoot, Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike)
- Exposure to using Cloud Services (AWS/Google/Azure) would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices Architecture
- A developer-first mindset - engineers who advocate for an inclusive experience for all prospective user groups of the offerings
- Attention to detail
- You should enjoy collaborating - you will be building products for which driving adoption is as important as the engineering, and so taking your teams and customers along is important
- Good to have - experience in building APIs, experience working with enterprises, experience in financial services
