Overview
The Junior Designer/ Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in developing visual content that communicates ideas and information effectively. Reporting to the Senior Designer, this position is pivotal in enhancing the overall visual identity of the organization, ensuring that branding aligns with the company's strategic objectives. The Designer will work on a variety of projects that include print and digital media, advertisements, social media graphics, and more. This role not only demands creativity but also an understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. A successful Junior Designer will take direction from team leads, collaborate with other departments, and contribute innovative ideas to the design process while honing their skills in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content.
- Assist in the design of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and posters.
- Contribute to the design of digital assets for social media platforms.
- Support the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts.
- Prepare and edit design files for print and digital use.

- Assist with layout design for publications, infographics, and presentations.
- Take feedback from clients and colleagues to refine designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Prepare mockups and prototypes for client review.
- Help maintain the organization's digital asset library.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing and production needs.
- Stay updated on advancements in design tools and techniques.
- Support the marketing team with ad hoc design requests.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of web design principles and wireframing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
- Familiarity with print production processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of typography and color theory.
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
