- A university degree (i.e., bachelor's degree)
- Have extensively used Solid Works, AUTOCAD 2D & 3D for designing mechanical manufacturing products
- Understand of different views in AutoCAD.
- Drawing detailing & drafting and fabrication experience
- Experience working on designing a product from end-to-end from scratch
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
- Client site visit to understand new design drawing requirements
