Assist with project planning and implementation
Develop detailed CAD drawings for projects
Verify abstracts and cost/expense sheets from the site team
Perform feasibility assessments and research project estimates
Review and stay updated on government regulations and ordinances
Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance
Offer recommendations and propose alternative solutions to project challenges
Ensure compliance with permits and regulations, and deliver technical documentation
Create project-based reports as needed
Requirements:
B.E. in Civil Engineering with a proven and excellent academic record
Strong knowledge in Survey, Leveling, Estimation Costing
Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to read registration documents
Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software like AutoCAD
A plus for proficiency in site layout and SketchUp
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (read write)
