Job Description :
Techno functional consultant role
3-4 Years of experience in any of the following Application Digital Products, Chatbot, WhatsApp
Banking, Websites etc
Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field
Ability to quickly understand complex ideas and communicate them in simple language.
Strong communication skills and ability to work across various business units to scope and
understand their needs.
Exceptional Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft excel.
Gathering requirements and authoring business requirement documents (BRD)
Preparing Business System Design Documents
Preparing and delivering presentations and Demonstrations of the software to various stakeholders.
Working closely and collaboratively with Business Users to devise effective solution
Provide First Line Technical support for software support teams & Business Users
Conduct technical review meetings with vendors and business users
Conducting training sessions as a part of team transitions
Preparation of test cases, Application testing etc
