Role And Responsibilities
As a Junior HR Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all employees in:
- Provide a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating the day one experience for new employees with multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assisting in employee queries and be the first point of contact for HR service desk.
- Foster employee engagement and connectivity through organizing employee events, initiatives, and communication channels to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in coordinating training and development initiatives.
- Owner of all HR data and day to day operations.
What are we looking for
- Experience up to 2 years in human resources or administrative role within the IT industry.
- A multi-tasker who can prioritize tasks and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
- An excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the HR team.
