JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: The purpose of the Job of will be Maintaining Invoicing, Purchases, Banking (Processing payments and maintaining books of accounts), and other general accountant-related work, which helps to maintain proper books of accounts of the company to meet both internal and external compliances. KEY
DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES:- Making GST Compliant Invoices
- Making Day to day Payments
- Updating Bank entries in Books of accounts
- Adjusting received payments to receivable with added effort
- Auditing Purchase Bills and accounting for them
- Adjusting payments of receivables
- Reconciliation of Vendors and doing proactive follow-ups with vendors.
- Maintaining physical records as per auditing standards and facilitating auditors to audit.

Candidate should have a degree in accounts or finance field.
Candidate should have a minimum experience of 2 years
Candidate should have Basic knowledge of GST act and IT act.
Other Accounts and finance-related certificates are added advantage
