Responsibilities & Skills:

• All Account work Invoice / Delivery Challan / Payment to supplier
• Monthly GST Complains Tender Search on govt, institute, GEM & other portals
• Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid Identify Tender and read eligibility criteria with technical and financial then prepare summary
• Keeping records of all the Tenders published by department and uploading/submitting the general, technical, financial documents through online and offline platforms.
• Arrange DD for EMD, PBG, Tender Cost Processing fee for E-tendering and submit the same within given time period
• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid Follow up- All mail, (PBG)- Bank Guarantee, EMD Release, Material Dispatch,payment & other deductions
• Manage complete Company portfolio on GEM Portal
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Handling incoming calls and other communication
• Managing filing system Greeting clients and visitors as needed
• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required Scanning, printing, Xerox & Courier, Day to day office work
• All Bank Transaction
• Follow up with govt officials as per need Back office coordination
• Ability to work for long hours & on weekends to fulfil job requirements
