Responsibilities:

• Tally ERP9 Data entry & reporting
• Account and Bank statement reconciliation
• Cash Handing
• RM purchase booking in customized ERP System
• Preparation invoice, Purchase order in ERP
• GST calculations, payments and returns filling
• PT, ESIC, PF calculation and payment
• Work on IT audit, Balance sheet, PNL.
• Payroll
• TDS calculation and payment
• Liaison activity with CA and Govt agencies.
• HR Recruitment, Training management, Payroll, employee travel
• General plant and people administration. HR/IR activities
• Secondary responsibility for Inventory management & Store thru assistant
• Knowledge of Finacial ratios, Finacial analysis is added advantage

Set and ensure delivery against set of metrics including:

- On time suppliers payment

- On time Salary calculation and payment

- On time Govt related payments and returns

- Prepare schedule and alert. Cash flow.

- Bill raising & follow up

- Key account manager for customer receivable and follow up.
