HR Job Trainee for Regenta by Royal Orchid Hotels, Dehradun

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented HR Job Trainees, preferably fresh MBA graduates in HR, to join our dynamic HR team at Regenta by Royal Orchid Hotels, Dehradun. Candidates must be currently residing in Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interviewing candidates.
• Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Handle employee queries and maintain HR records.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth workflow and communication.

Qualifications:

• Fresh MBA graduates in Human Resources or related field are preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
