Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent.
- HRMS Management: Enhance and manage the HRMS to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- HR Systems and Procedures: Establish and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Performance Management: Drive performance management systems that foster high performance and accountability.
- Culture Building: Cultivate a positive work culture that promotes excellence and teamwork.
- Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Performance Appraisal: Implement a performance appraisal system that motivates and rewards high performers.

Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role, with a focus on the fashion and apparel industry.
- Proven experience in building and managing HR functions in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in HRMS implementations and best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in recruiting for fashion and apparel brands, with an understanding of omni-channel strategies.
