Position Overview: YUVAKAA is looking for an exceptional Senior General Manager - HR who is passionate about building and leading a world-class HR function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

  • HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement forward-thinking HR strategies and initiatives aligned with YUVAKAAs ambitious business goals.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top-tier talent.
  • HRMS Management: Enhance and manage the HRMS to ensure seamless HR operations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • HR Systems and Procedures: Establish and monitor HR systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management systems that foster high performance and accountability.
  • Culture Building: Cultivate a positive work culture that promotes excellence and teamwork.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee relations issues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Performance Appraisal: Implement a performance appraisal system that motivates and rewards high performers.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and oversee the development and implementation of training programs.
  • HR Metrics Reporting: Provide management with actionable HR metrics to support decision-making.
  • Flexible HR Planning: Develop flexible HR plans that adapt to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Top-line Achievement: Inspire and drive the team to achieve top-line goals and contribute to the company's success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Recruitment Efficiency: Time to hire, quality of hire, and new hire retention rates.
  • HRMS Effectiveness: User adoption rates, system uptime, and process automation levels.
  • Compliance Adherence: Number of compliance issues, audit results, and legal compliance metrics.
  • Employee Engagement: Employee satisfaction scores, engagement survey results, and turnover rates.
  • Performance Management: Percentage of employees meeting or exceeding performance targets, performance review completion rates.
  • Training Impact: Training participation rates, post-training performance improvements, and training ROI.
  • HR Metrics Accuracy: Timeliness and accuracy of HR reports and data.
  • Cultural Initiatives: Success of culture-building initiatives, feedback from employee engagement surveys.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role, with a focus on the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Proven experience in building and managing HR functions in a high-growth environment.
  • Expertise in HRMS implementations and best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruiting for fashion and apparel brands, with an understanding of omni-channel strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
