Reports to: Sales Manager/VP

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate industry to promote our media and event services.

Explain the benefits and features of our services, addressing any questions or concerns clients may have.

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system regularly.

Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

0.6+ months experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
