nReports to: Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing
nJob Purpose:
nTo plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase the brand awareness, client acquisition, and overall digital footprint of the company in the stock broking industry.
nKey Responsibilities:
nCampaign Management:
- nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, display ads, and social media campaigns.
- nManage the performance of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- nConduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
nContent Creation & Strategy:
- nCollaborate with content writers and designers to produce engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- nDevelop a content calendar aligned with stock market events, trading seasons, and product launches.
nSocial Media Management:
- nManage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
- nCreate and curate relevant and timely content tailored to different audiences (retail investors, HNIs, traders).
- nEngage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and build a strong customer following.
nLead Generation & Nurturing:
- nImplement lead generation strategies through digital channels such as paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
- nOptimize landing pages and lead generation forms to maximize conversions.
- nWork closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.
nAnalytics & Reporting:
- nTrack, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.
- nMeasure KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.
- nUse data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
nSEO & SEM:
- nConduct keyword research and optimize web pages for SEO to increase organic search rankings.
- nManage PPC campaigns and perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
nEmail Marketing:
- nPlan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting new and existing clients.
- nSegment email lists based on customer behavior and trading preferences.
nMarket Research:
- nStay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
- nConduct market analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.
nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- nIncrease in website traffic and engagement (measured through metrics such as sessions, bounce rate, and time on site).
- nGrowth in social media followers and engagement rate.
- nImprovement in search engine rankings for relevant stock broking keywords.
- nNumber of quality leads generated per month and conversion rates.
- nCost-per-lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI) for paid marketing campaigns.
- nEmail open and click-through rates (CTR).
nRequired Skills:
- nProficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and other marketing tools.
- nStrong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- nExcellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
- nStrong written and verbal communication skills.
- nBasic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
nQualification
nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services or stock broking industry. Proven track record of successful lead generation and digital campaign management.
