Job Description (JD)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
• Support the sales team in generating leads through various channels.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings to understand their requirements.
• Maintain and update sales databases with client information and interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to meet targets.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
• Prepare sales presentations and reports to support decision-making.
• Gather client feedback to improve products/services and overall sales processes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
