Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, and ensuring efficient flow of information. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, assisting with queries and providing product information.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, and technical teams) to ensure smooth delivery and installation of products.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments.
Assist with preparation of sales documents, proposals, and quotations.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review and analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
