PTS Systems has grown rapidly in recent years and planned to improve productivity.

The SAP B1 Support Manager will drive the team of Report developer, Support team and trainees to provide the on-time solution to customer across the globe.

REPORTS TO: Delivery Head

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Support Query, escalation, team handling and management

INTERACTS WITH: All level of business user@ Customer side with Commercial to ensure on time support with excellence and deliverables.

Role And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for design and implementation of reports on all aspects of the business, from tracking customer requests for service to analyzing and understanding the financial performance of the business.

You will support all departments in both the monthly reporting process and the broader planning process. You will also identify areas of business under-performance and influence leaders to adapt to the needs of a structured IT-based reporting system.

Key Responsibilities-

Handled Report Team

Handled Support Ticket System

Create Procedure and Functions for Reports.

Create Dashboard, KPI and Advance Dashboard.

Working on Power BI tool and creating interactive visual reports using BI tools and translating

Create Excel report in SAP Business One Excel Report and Interactive Analysis

Create Calculation View

Creating Crystal Reports by writing efficient SQL Codes in SAP HANA Studio and Query Generator of SAP B1 and Creating Forms for additional functions in SAPB1.

Create and edit alerts on Reports, as per User request.

Worked on the Data validation process.

Created stored procedures to update tables and Jobs to run the procedures automatically making execution efficient & better performance.
