Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end product development process for our jewelry line, from conceptualization to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, suppliers, and manufacturers, to ensure timely and accurate execution of product development plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the jewelry industry.
- Review and approve product samples, making necessary adjustments and modifications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and ethical sourcing practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of jewelry product developers, providing guidance and support throughout the product development process.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling our jewelry products.
