Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Jewelry Order Manager at Ashapuri Gold Ltd. located in Ahmedabad. As a Jewelry Order Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of jewellery orders, including receiving orders from clients, coordinating with production and delivery teams, ensuring timely delivery, and managing customer inquiries and concerns. You will work closely with internal departments to streamline order processes and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in jewelry sales or order management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge in Advance MS-Excel.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office
• Knowledge of jewelry industry trends and customer preferences
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing)
