Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and fashion-forward Jewellery Merchandiser to join our team. As a graduate in Fashion and Accessories Studies with prior experience in the jewellery sector, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying trends, analyzing market data, and developing product lines that meet customer demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze fashion trends, colors, and market directions to inform product development and merchandising strategies
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments
- Collaborate with designers, buyers, and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive product lines and collections
- Develop and maintain product knowledge, including materials, quality standards, and pricing strategies
- Manage product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Meet sales targets and drive business growth through strategic merchandising initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending trade shows and fashion events as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Fashion and Accessories Studies or related field
- Prior experience in the jewellery sector, preferably in merchandising or product development
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, colors, and market directions
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and sales targets
