Key Responsibilities: Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with Product Development Engineers to translate design concepts into tangible jewelry products, ensuring alignment with brand standards and target costs.
Administration and Follow-Up: Take ownership of the product design process, including the preparation of technical packages, presentation boards, and email correspondence. Maintain organized documentation and facilitate smooth communication throughout the design lifecycle.
Interpretation of Design Strategy: Communicate effectively with the Director of Design to
understand and execute the overarching design and brand strategy across all categories of
business.
Technical Drawings and Specifications: Prepare and finalize technical drawings of proposed products for production, providing detailed specifications to guide the manufacturing process.
Feedback Incorporation: Adapt designs based on feedback from stakeholders, incorporating revisions and enhancements to finalize designs for production.
Organizational Support: Assist with organizational tasks and general day-to-day activities to support the smooth functioning of the design processes.
Rendering and Drawing: Provide renderings and drawings of jewelry designs to visualize
concepts and facilitate decision-making.
Designing Statement Jewelry: Create high-end and statement jewelry designs that resonate with target audiences and align with market trends.
